Full of live beneficial bacteria, yeasts, and active enzymes, kombucha brings the body into balance. It is also is packed with B vitamins, antioxidants, polyphenols, and other fermentation byproducts, thereby supporting liver detoxification and improving digestion. You can make kombucha, or it is now easily found in most grocery stores.

If you are serving this in a pitcher or a punch bowl, place a bowl of ice beside it so people can add to their drink, as needed. You can also place some thinly sliced lemon or lime circles in the punch bowl for a festive touch!
