Resolution Series: Exercise and Sports Nutrition Supplements

fitness-classYou do not have to be a professional athlete or a body builder to benefit from sports nutrition supplements. exerciseWe have reached the final chapter of our resolution series. Exercise should be an important part of everyone’s life, whether it is walking, yoga, swimming, playing sports or some other kind of movement.  According to the Department of Health and Human Services, it is recommended that most adults get at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of both.
