It has been been said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but mornings can be a mad rush and breakfasts are usually the item on the morning checklist that gets kicked to the curb.
As I have said before, there should be no excuse to miss breakfast with a little planning the night before. Smoothies are easy, quick and portable so you can take them with you in the car, train or for the walk to school.
