The (Very) Simplified Science of Changing Your Thoughts to Change Your Life

thinkingChange isn’t easy, and that holds true for even the changes we may be so eager to see. So, what holds us back? What prevents change even when we’re working hard to make it happen? The answer has a lot to do with our “programming.” It’s a subject that fascinates me and one of the people who explains it so well is Joe Dispenza. Dr. Joe, who wrote Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself (among other great books), explains how to change your brain in order to change your life.
